What is ADHD?
In diagnostic terms, ADHD stands for attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder. At Inflow, however, we consider ADHD to be a neurological difference.
Being different can mean that thriving in a neurotypical world may be challenging. Having ADHD can result in very real struggles that are difficult, and sometimes painful.
But we also know that people with ADHD can learn skills and create environments that truly help them thrive. Our mission is to help you work with, not against, your ADHD so you can reach your full potential.

How do I know if Inflow is right for me?
Every individual experiences ADHD (or ADD) differently, so finding a program that suits your specific needs is essential. At Inflow, we understand this and believe the best way to determine if our program is right for you is by trying it, so we encourage you to use our free 7-day trial period!
And, if you forget to cancel during the trial period, don't worry – we offer refunds. Give Inflow a chance to see how it can support your journey toward better ADHD management.
Can Inflow diagnose me with ADHD, or prescribe me medication?
Generally no. The Inflow mobile application generally does not provide clinical services from medical professionals. However, experts developed our mobile app for ADHD, and we believe you can benefit from our program if you suspect you have ADHD.
For Florida residents, we offer the ability to be diagnosed with ADHD by a psychologist. In addition, if appropriate and recommended by a psychologist, we also allow members to meet with a prescriber. If you are a Florida resident and are interested in this program, please click here to learn more.
If you are not a Florida resident, we cannot provide you with clinical services at this time. The Inflow mobile application itself is not a diagnostic tool and does not offer medical services. If you suspect you have ADHD, we always recommend you seek a trusted medical professional for guidance and support.
How can I get the most out of Inflow?
Remember that there is no “silver bullet” that will magically transform your ADHD overnight. Instead, consistency and self-compassion are key ingredients for the best possible Inflow experience.
Who is the program narrated by?
Inflow is narrated by co-founder and clinical director, Dr. George Sachs, as well as guest experts.
Is Inflow a substitute for medication and face-to-face therapy?
No - we are not trying to replace medication or in-person therapy. These work for a lot of people! We encourage our members to take advantage of whatever tools are available to them. Inflow can be used alongside medication, in-person therapy, or on its own. Inflow is cost-effective, convenient, and comes with no negative side-effects.
